The 21st century age of Three Dimension is about to dawn—and you’ll love it. A 3D television set   and a 3-D Blu-ray disc player are coming our way—along with more inexpensive 3D cameras.

Panasonic has announced it will have a new HD television set on the market in 2010. Yoshi Yamada, Panasonic’s North American CEO, told the Consumer Electronics Show earlier this year that Panasonic will be proposing a Full HD standard for 3D TV. The electronics field wants to avoid another trade war like the one over VHS in the 1990s, and a more recent—and shorter—one over a high def DVD standard, eventually won by Blu-ray.

On the heels of this news, Director James Cameron, announced he has sgned a deal for Panasonic to promote new 3D TVs. Cameron’s new feature, Avatar, filmed entirely in 3D, will be released in December.
