Michael Bay confirms 3D tests and new characters for Transformers 3






GET ready for giant robots and battleground debris to come flying out of the cinema screen at you.

Transformers director Michael Bay last year described 3D as “a pain in the neck” and a technological fad, saying he preferred old-school filmmaking and that his shooting style was too aggressive for 3D cameras.

Then along came Avatar and its record-breaking, extra-dimensional success.
